Incubus – Adolescents (2011)

Incubus - Adolescents

Incubus have announced details of their forthcoming album and released a new song. It’s been 5 long years since Light Grenades was released way back in 2006, and unless you count a couple of new tracks on the compilation album Monuments and Melodies, that’s a long time to wait for new music.

If Not Now, When is scheduled for release on July 12th and thankfully, first single “Adolescents” is refreshingly good. Light Grenades lacked a certain something from previous albums in my eyes, and I’m a huge Incubus fan, so I’m pleased that “Adolescents” sounds so good. It feels like it should sit somewhere between Morning View and A Crow Left Of The Murder.

Without doubt I’m sure a review of the album will come in time nearer to its release.

You can hear the new song below or on the Incubus site directly.
